Return and Refund Policy

At Shirts.fyi we keep returns simple. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or a replacement. No questions asked.

How returns work

Our products are made to order and fulfilled by our print partner, Printify. All returns are handled through Printify, and items must be sent to the Printify return address we provide when you start your return. Please do not ship items to our business mailing address, as returns sent there cannot be processed.

How to start a return

Email us at aksel@openowl.ai with your order number within 30 days of delivery. We will reply with the correct Printify return address and simple step by step instructions. We typically respond within 2 to 3 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is on its way, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, just let us know.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email aksel@openowl.ai with a photo and your order number and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund right away.
